cold smoked jalapenos are added to honey + left to flavor the honey for a few weeks.  this stuff is not "spicy", the flavor is more of a fresh jalapeno pepper vibe + kissed with smoke.
 
this is my go to condiment for pepperoni pizza.  it works really well in salad dressings.  toss wings in it (and sprinkle with a lil' old bay).  makes a fun honey mustard.  also excellent in cocktails.  
 
** note: this honey is thinner than normal honey as it takes on the juice of the jalapenos.  makes for a perfect drizzle**
